What Does The Recruitment Process Look Like?

1. Phone Interview

Qualified candidates will get a phone interview. We take some time to get to know you and your goals before meeting in person.

2. First Interview

We meet at our office or a local coffee shop to get to know you better and see if we are a good fit for working together.

3. Sample Project

We create a small project for you to work on so you can get a feel for how we manage and we can see how you work.

4. Offer

Congrats! If we both agree that it’s a great fit, we’ll offer you the position.
